Where do donations go? Can you be trusted?

Donations go directly from the donor to the selected charity, via the charity’s preferred means of transfer. We are never involved in financial transactions at any stage and take no responsibility for the donation process. If you believe any of our direct links to charity-owned pages are broken or pointing to the wrong destination, please let us know and we will correct it.

More than one artist is offering an incentive for an organisation – can I claim them all with one donation receipt?

For the time being, there is no hard and fast limit on how many incentives you can collect for a single donation. However, be aware that artists may be working to deliver rewards to multiple donors. Please respect the time and effort being volunteered by our creators, and judge for yourself how many rewards it’s appropriate to claim.

When will I get my rewards?

Please understand that this is not the same as an art sale. All incentives are delivered by the respective artists who are donating their own time and energy, and are dependent on the current level of demand. We cannot guarantee any specific time frame, as all of these factors will vary.

What happens if my rewards aren’t delivered?

If you have concerns that you’ve been forgotten about, or that there has been an error in communication or delivery, please get in touch at  and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Bear in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery of any specific incentives, as the focus is on raising donations, and participating artists operate on an entirely voluntary basis.
